Responsibilities:
- Learn and manage inventory, including picking, checking, counting, and receiving shipments.
- Drive assigned routes safely and in a timely manner, ensuring accurate deliveries.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Participate in monthly overnight trips to outlying territories (required; shared among drivers).
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including safety and vehicle maintenance.
- Must be at least 21 years old (required) and have a valid Texas Driving License
- Prior warehouse and driving experience preferred.
- Must pass a drug test and have a fairly clean driving record.
- Comfortable with long shifts (up to 16 hours as needed).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to regularly lift packages up to 50lbs
- $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience).
- Per diem and accommodations provided for overnight trips.
